Take a deposit instead of the full stay, and let guests cancel from their own confirmation email.

New
  • Deposit at checkout: a rate plan can take a share now and leave the balance to collect at your property. The booking shows what is still due, the calendar marks it, and your desk marks it collected on arrival.
  • Cancellation policy per rate plan: free cancellation with a cut-off you choose, or non-refundable. The booking form shows the guest the exact date and time their free cancellation ends.
  • Guest cancellation link: paste one snippet into your Shopify order confirmation email and guests cancel themselves. Inside the window the deposit is refunded automatically; after it you keep the deposit, and either way the room goes straight back on sale.
  • A non-refundable term is attached to the room at checkout and stays on the order, so guests agree to it before paying.
Improved
  • Rate plans now answer two questions on one screen — what the guest pays now, and what you promise if they cancel — with a live preview of the sentence the guest will read.
  • Plans made before deposits existed are set to pay in full and non-refundable, exactly how they already behaved. Guests see no change until you make one.

Modify stay dates after a booking is made, and email your team when a request arrives.

  • Record an early departure: the nights the guest did not use go back on sale at once, and the bill stays as it is.
  • Change the dates of an unpaid request, before or after the guest arrives. The stay is re-priced and a new invoice replaces the old one.
  • New-request notifications: email your staff when a request arrives. Up to 10 recipients.
Fixed
  • Decline is now available on an approved request awaiting payment.

Price add-ons by guest age, see what every night costs, and close dates from the calendar.

New
  • Guest types in Settings → Guest policy: name the guests you price for and set their ages. The booking form's age text is generated from those numbers.
  • Different prices per guest type on add-ons: full price for adults, a percentage for children, free or not offered for babies.
  • Per-guest add-ons are limited to the number of guests by default. Switch to "Let the guest choose" and set your own maximum.
  • Price calendar in Rates: every night's real price and where it came from, one room as a month or all rooms side by side.
  • Change many nights at once: set a price, or raise and lower it by an amount or percent, over any range and chosen weekdays.
  • Seasons can repeat every year, including ranges that cross the new year.
  • Close dates by dragging across the calendar, or use Close dates for any range. Click a closed range to edit or reopen it.
  • Month grid on the calendar: one room, weeks stacked Mon to Sun, with a stay drawn half-day to half-day so you can see a room change hands.
  • Colour scheme for the storefront blocks: Light, Dark, or follow the visitor's device.
  • Show heading toggle on the Reservation form block.
Improved
  • A whole month fits on the calendar without scrolling sideways.
  • Layout and Show by are switches at the top of the calendar, and arrows step through accommodations in the month grid.
  • Date fields open the calendar when you click the field, not just the icon. Any month in any year is two clicks.
  • Rates opens on the price calendar, with rate plans one click away.
  • Check-in and check-out sit side by side on mobile.
Fixed
  • A guest could order more of a per-guest add-on than there were people, and was charged for all of them. Existing bookings are unchanged.
  • Lowering the guest count after picking an add-on left the old quantity in place.
  • Children were left off the bill on add-ons priced per guest type: the form showed the charge, the total did not include it.

  • Multi-room booking: guests book several rooms in one checkout, same room or a mix. Turn it on in Settings; off by default.
  • Room combinations in search: when no single room fits the party, search suggests a combination that does instead of showing nothing.

  • Request to book: guests submit a request, you approve or decline, then they pay the invoice. The room is held until you answer or the hold expires.
  • Booking mode per accommodation: require approval for some rooms, keep instant checkout on others.
  • Requests inbox, a dashboard banner for pending requests, and an Awaiting review colour on the calendar.
Improved
  • "Require full guest details" is now enforced. It was saved but never checked.
  • Declined requests are purged after 90 days, and the monthly quota no longer counts pending or declined ones.
  • Your accommodation allowance now applies to what the storefront sells. Extras are held back and named, never deleted, and return on upgrade.
  • Plan changes take effect immediately instead of after a few minutes.

  • Choose your own weekend days under Settings → Pricing defaults. Existing stores keep Saturday and Sunday until you change it.
  • Seasonal closure: close every accommodation for a date range in one step, and remove it just as easily.
  • Required add-ons: mark a service required on an accommodation and every booking is charged for it, admin bookings included.
  • The setup checklist can be hidden, and every storefront block has a one-click link into the theme editor.
Fixed
  • New stores start in your own timezone instead of UTC, which could refuse same-day bookings after about 5pm in the Americas. Older stores: check Settings → Timezone.
  • A required add-on priced per guest per night was charged for one night instead of the whole stay.
  • Rates with an extra-adult or extra-child price but no included guest count never charged that extra. Rates now lists any rate with this problem.
  • "Charge tax" on a service now applies to the order; it was saved but never used. Existing services were set to taxable to keep your tax unchanged — untick to change it.
